Richtig. In dem von Dir genannten Forum kann jedes Mitglied frei entscheiden, ob es bspw. der öffentlichen Gruppe "Fähnchenschwenker" beitreten will (zusätzliche Icons), oder der privaten Gruppe der VIPs. (Beitritt erfolgt erst nach Freischaltung durch den Admin)
