Wenn ich mich recht entsinne, bezieht sich dies auf die letzte Aktivität der Mitglieder in diesem Forum. Überschreitet diese 21 Tage, dann werden Mitglieder als nicht aktiv geführt.
Ist ziemlich verwirrend. Werde die Funktion wohl mal abschalten.
